1500pcs/h egg tray equipment was sent to Rwanda
The ZMDT4*1 egg tray production line ordered by a Rwandan customer has successfully completed remote installation and commissioning and is now officially operational. Designed with a standard capacity of 1,500 egg trays per hour, the line has performed reliably in actual operation, producing high-quality, standard egg trays that fully meet customer expectations.
From initial negotiations to equipment selection and finalization, from technical solution development to remote commissioning and commissioning, we have consistently prioritized customer service, providing comprehensive, efficient, and free online technical support throughout the entire process, ensuring a professional and convenient service experience for customers regardless of geographical distance.
At the initial stage of the project, the Rwandan customer had specific requirements for pulp molded egg tray production equipment: an output of 1,500 egg trays per hour, high stability, ease of operation, and low maintenance costs. After several rounds of in-depth discussions, we recommended the ZMDT4*1 production line. The equipment, with its proven process design, reliable performance, and excellent adaptability, ultimately won the customer's approval.

Before the contract was even signed, our technical team proactively explained the equipment's structure, production process, and critical control points to the customer through video conferencing, sharing technical documents, and 3D model demonstrations, enabling them to fully understand the equipment's functions and advantages without actually seeing the equipment.
After confirming the cooperation agreement, both parties quickly moved forward with the equipment manufacturing phase. During this period, we kept the customer informed of production progress and invited them to observe the equipment assembly process in real time via remote video, further strengthening their trust.
At the same time, we adapted certain equipment modules to Rwanda's local electricity standards, raw material availability (such as waste paper or sugarcane pulp), and operator skills to ensure smooth system implementation at the customer's factory.
1500pcs/h egg tray equipment installation and debugging
Once the equipment arrived at the customer's factory in Rwanda, the real challenge began: how to complete the installation and commissioning of the entire production line without on-site engineer support?
Leveraging our accumulated remote service experience over the years, we have assembled a technical support team comprised of electrical engineers, mechanical designers, and process specialists. Through high-definition video conferencing, real-time screen sharing, and remote operation systems, we step-by-step guide our customer teams through basic installation tasks, including equipment placement, piping connections, power supply connection, and gas line configuration.
The commissioning phase is particularly critical, as any parameter deviation can impact product quality and production efficiency. We focus on systematic and meticulous remote control of the following key aspects:
Proximity switch calibration and positioning adjustment: Ensures precise positioning for mold opening and closing, as well as robotic material handling and unloading, to prevent mold jamming or collisions;
Time relay parameter setting: Coordinates the timing of hot pressing, forming, conveying, and other processes to ensure continuous and stable production line operation;
Cable routing optimization and signal interference elimination: Standardizes isolation between high-voltage and low-voltage circuits to enhance system communication stability;
Slurry concentration adjustment and molding vacuum control: By observing the slurry flow and molding results through video, we guide customers in adjusting the slurry ratio and suction time to achieve uniform egg tray wall thickness and meet specified strength standards.

Throughout the remote commissioning process, the customer team demonstrated exceptional cooperation and execution. Both parties overcame numerous challenges, including time zone differences, language barriers, and network stability, ultimately achieving a successful first-time startup. The customer captured their delight and satisfaction as the first batch of egg trays were successfully demolded, dried, and shaped, and neatly rolled off the production line.
After-sales service
However, our service doesn't end with the equipment's normal operation. We understand that long-term, stable production capacity is what our customers truly seek. Therefore, we maintain 24/7 online support, providing prompt and professional responses to every customer question-whether it's equipment operation questions or process fine-tuning needs.
In addition, we established a dedicated equipment profile, regularly provide maintenance reminders and usage recommendations, and offer remote troubleshooting services to minimize unplanned downtime and ensure continuous production.
Looking back on this collaboration with our Rwandan customer, we see it not only as an example of equipment export but also as a successful example of comprehensive technical service. The ZMDT 4*1 egg tray production line, with its excellent performance and reliability, provides a solid foundation for improving production efficiency, reducing labor intensity, and achieving large-scale production. Our consistent, free online technical support truly embodies our customer-first service philosophy.
Choosing us means choosing not only a high-quality pulp molding machine but also a trusted, long-term partner.
