The chain grate stoker consists of components such as the coal hopper, base (with grate doors and air regulation devices), front and rear shaft assemblies, the grate mechanism, and inspection doors.
● Fuel is fed uniformly onto the grate via a feeding system.
● The moving grate transports the fuel slowly into the combustion chamber.
● The air required for combustion is supplied from underneath the grate.
● As the grate moves forward, the fuel undergoes four stages: drying, ignition, combustion, and burnout.
● The ash is discharged at the rear of the grate.

Oil-immersed Power Transformer Advantages
Good insulation properties
Oil is an excellent insulating material that can effectively isolate windings and provide good electrical insulation properties.
High power density
Oil-immersed power transformers can transmit larger power relative to their volume and have higher power density.
Good cooling performance
Oil can effectively cool the transformer and help maintain normal operating temperature of the equipment.
Low noise
Due to the better insulating properties of insulating oil, oil-immersed power transformers usually produce relatively low noise.
Smaller volume
Under the same power, oil-immersed power transformers usually have relatively smaller volumes.
Adapt to large-capacity needs
Oil-immersed power transformers are suitable for large-capacity, high-voltage power systems and can meet the needs of large-scale power transmission and distribution.
Cooling oil according to the principle of heat generated by the coil and magnetic core during operation will transfer to the oil. The temperature of the oil will spread out to the outside through the transformer's metal shell.
Oil-immersed power transformers consist of the magnetic core, windings and bushings. The magnetic core provides a path for magnetic flow. Windings create a magnetic field and consist of a conductor coil, wrapped around the core and insulated with press board barriers and screens. The thickness of the winding insulation increases with voltage. Bushings connect transformer windings to a substation. A characteristic feature of an oil-immersed power transformer is the oil conservator. It simplifies operation by monitoring the oil level in a tank and providing space for thermal expansion of the oil.
