Large pulping machine also known as pulping machine 6m³, it adopts a three-helix rotor design to achieve fine processing of waste paper raw materials under high temperature and high concentration conditions.

The equipment uses a strong eddy current field generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor to achieve complete fiber separation of waste paper under the dual effects of shear force and friction, while maintaining the stability of fiber length and strength.

During the disintegration process, the synergistic effect of mechanical action and deinking chemicals causes ink particles to be effectively peeled off from the fiber surface to form ink particles that can be separated by floatation.

This advanced pulping process provides an ideal pulp foundation for subsequent flotation deinking and deep purification, and ultimately produces pulp that meets the requirements.

• Waste paper feeding: waste paper is fed into the hydraulic pulper through a belt conveyor or manually, mixed with water and stirred to form a fiber suspension.
• Crushing and filtration: high-speed stirring completely decomposes the waste paper, and the suspension is filtered through a screen plate to remove impurities and obtain pure pulp.
• Pulp storage: the pulp is transported to the pulp pool through a pipeline for temporary storage, and chemical additives such as pigments can be added for conditioning.
• Homogenization: the pulper continuously stirs to ensure that the pulp is uniform and fine to meet production requirements.
• Molding production: the homogenized pulp is transported to the egg tray machine by a pulp pump, and is pressed and formed by a mold to produce various types of paper tray packaging.
