Mini Pulping Machine
In the egg tray production process, pulping is the first step, and its core equipment is a dedicated pulping machine (or paper pulper machine). This key machine is responsible for converting raw materials into pulp that meets the requirements, laying the foundation for the subsequent molding process.

Standard Pulping Machine
The three-dimensional vortex is formed by high-speed rotation of the rotor, so that the fibers are efficiently separated under mechanical friction and chemical action, while the fiber strength is completely retained. The special spiral design ensures that light impurities such as plastic film are completely stripped off without affecting the subsequent screening process.

Medium Pulping Machine
The pulping machine is mainly used to dissociate the fibers of recycled waste paper. Through processes such as shredding and decomposition, the waste paper raw materials are converted into pulp suspension that meets the molding requirements, providing basic raw material guarantee for the subsequent pulp molding process.

The Composition of the Pulping Machine
The structure of the pulping machine includes a frame and a pulping bucket fixed on the inner bottom wall of the frame, the bottom of the pulping bucket is connected to a discharge pipe, the end of the discharge pipe is provided with a solenoid valve, the top surface of the pulping bucket is open.
The inner cavity of the pulping bucket is provided with a spindle, the top of the frame is fixed with a motor, the bottom end of the spindle is rotatably connected with the inner bottom wall of the pulping bucket, the top of the spindle is fixedly connected with the output end of the motor, the spindle body is covered with several stirring paddle, the shaft is covered with a fixed gear ring, the gear ring is arranged on the top surface of the pulping barrel, the gear ring and the main shaft are arranged coaxially, the outer side of the pulping barrel is provided with several slurry lifting components.
The components are distributed in a circle on the pulping barre, the slurry lifting component includes a driven gear, a cylinder, and a screw set inside the cylinder, both ends of the cylinder are sealed.
The shaft centers are arranged parallel to each other, the side wall of the pulping barrel is provided with a cylinder body feeding hole and a cylinder body outlet hole, the top of the cylinder is provided with a cylinder outlet hole connected with the cylinder body feeding hole. The bottom end is provided with a cylinder feed hole connected with the discharge hole of the cylinder, the bottom end of the screw is rotatably connected with the bottom end of the cylinder, the top of the screw passes through the top wall of the cylinder and is fixedly connected with the driven gear.
Working Steps of Pulping Machine
Loading the Pulping Chamber
The first step in the pulping process is loading the pulping machine chamber with paper waste. This waste paper can come from a variety of sources, including old newspapers, magazines, office paper, and cardboard. The paper is usually shredded or torn into smaller pieces before being placed into the pulping machine.
Adding Water
Once the waste paper is loaded into the pulping machine, water is added. Water plays a crucial role in loosening the fibers of the paper, making it easier to break them apart. The pulp is mixed with water to create a slurry, which is a thick, watery mixture. The consistency of the slurry can vary depending on the pulping process and the kind of paper being used.
Mechanical or Hydraulic Action
The real work of the pulper begins. The mechanical or hydraulic action is used to break down the paper fibers. In mechanical pulpers, the waste paper is subjected to rotating drums, discs, or blades that shred and agitate the paper. The rotating blades or discs chop the paper into smaller pieces, further loosening the fibers and separating them from one another.
Separation of Impurities
As the paper is pulped, impurities such as staples, plastics, adhesives, and inks must be removed. Some pulping machines, especially in larger-scale recycling operations, are equipped with additional equipment like screens and sieves to filter out contaminants. This ensures that the pulp produced is clean and ready for the next stage of processing.
Refining the Pulp
Once the paper is fully pulped and impurities are removed, the pulp may undergo further refining. Refining is a mechanical process where the pulp fibers are further broken down, making them more flexible and ready for paper production. This is done by passing the pulp through a refiner, where it is subjected to high-speed, rotating discs that refine the fibers for improved paper quality.
Final Pulping Process
After the pulp is refined, it is prepared for the next stages of paper production. The pulp slurry is usually diluted with additional water to adjust its consistency, and it may be treated with chemicals to enhance the brightness or strength of the paper being produced.
