Working Process
Pulp Preparation
Waste paper or virgin pulp is mixed with water and processed in the pulping system to create a uniform pulp with the proper consistency for molding.
Vacuum Forming
The prepared pulp is transferred to the forming machine, where customized molds and vacuum suction shape it into the desired product while removing excess water.
Drying & Finishing
The wet products are dried naturally or by a multi-layer metal drying system. Optional hot pressing can further improve surface smoothness, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
Inspection & Packing
After drying, the finished products are inspected for quality, automatically stacked, and packaged for convenient storage and transportation.
