● The apple tray making machine model is an integrated machine. It can perform the functions of retrograde suction, forming and placing apple trays.
● It adopts a PLC control system. During the forming process of apple trays, the pulping will first be adsorbed on the machine, and then it will be formed.
● The excess water in the apple tray will be squeezed out, and the apple tray making machine will demold the formed apple tray. The whole process of Apple tray processing is fully automatic.
Components
Pulping System
Add waste paper and water into the hydraulic pulper in the ratio of 1:5-1:6 for 40 minutes mixing. Then you can get homogeneous pulp. This process ensures consistent pulp concentration automatically.
Forming System
In the forming system, a vacuum pump absorbs pulp into the molding machine. Adopting compression forming technique, pulp is converted into wet apple trays. In this process, the pulp supply is uniform to avoid waste.
Drying System
Equipped with a multi-layer metal drying machine, the moisture in the wet trays is evaporated with high temperatures. This ensures efficient drying and enhances the strength and durability of the apple trays.

Storage
When the apple tray machine is not in use for an extended period, proper storage of the molds is essential. Store the molds in a clean, dry, and temperature - controlled environment. Avoid storing the molds in areas where they are exposed to moisture, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures, as these conditions can cause rust, corrosion, and deformation.
Cover the molds with a protective sheet or case to prevent dust and debris from accumulating on the surface. If possible, store the molds in a vertical position to prevent warping. Before storing the molds, make sure they are clean and dry to prevent the growth of mold or mildew.
