The Basic Principle Of Drying Equipment
Drying equipment is primarily divided into two types based on the material of the drying channels: the metal steel structure drying channel and the brick-laid drying channel. The working principle of these two drying systems is essentially the same. Usually, one or multiple heating points are placed in the middle section of the drying channel to provide continuous heating. The entire drying channel is heated through the flow of hot air, achieving the purpose of egg tray drying.

Drying Equipment Operation Steps
Step 1
Turn on the Machine. Ensure that the machine is connected to a power source and switch it on.

Load the Egg Trays. Place the egg trays in the drying chamber. Ensure that the trays are evenly spaced to allow for proper air circulation.
Step 3
Set the Temperature. Set the temperature using the temperature control system. The optimal temperature for drying egg trays is between 60-70℃.
Step 4
Turn on the Blower Fans. Turn on the blower fans to circulate hot air evenly throughout the drying chamber.
Step 5
Wait for the Drying Process to Complete. Allow the machine to run for the recommended time, depending on the quantity of egg trays being dried. The drying process typically takes between 10-20 minutes.
Step 6
Turn off the Machine. Once the drying process is complete, turn off the machine and remove the dried egg trays.
