Carton Machinery Key Components
The feed section initiates the process. It feeds corrugated board into the machine steadily. Consistency here ensures smooth downstream operations
The printing section enhances box appearance. It prints logos, instructions, or designs on the box surface. Precision in printing is vital for branding.
The slitting section makes precise cuts. It prepares the board for folding by creating slits. Accuracy here is crucial for proper box shape and structure.
Following slitting, the slotting section cuts slots. These slots facilitate the folding and assembly process. Proper alignment ensures smooth assembly later.
The gluing section ensures box stability. It applies adhesive to secure box flaps and edges. Effective gluing maintains box integrity during use.
It is an assembly line composed of roll base paper after corrugated pressing, gluing, bonding, paper separation and pressing, cross-cutting into standard cardboard, and finally outputting through codes. Single-sided corrugated carton machinery usually consists of web support, a single-sided corrugated board-forming machine, and a rotary paper cutter unit. It uses web materials and potato or corn starch adhesives to continuously produce and cut into single sheets of required specifications. Surface corrugated cardboard, the produced cardboard does not need to be dried or sun-dried, and it can be used in conjunction with a glue machine or a laminating machine to produce more than three layers of corrugated cardboard.
Carton Machinery Operating Precautions
Make sure the power supply is good and the connection is in accordance with the specification and request of equipment.
The electricity has to be shut down for all tests and repairs.
Unable to move locked device parts.
Make sure that there is no foreign matter in the chain and belt before starting the machine, and the function can work normally.
In order to minimize transmission damage, it is recommended that the machine be opened as little as possible.
Regular inspection of drive components, fasteners, and adjustment of fastening in time.
Periodically oil the drive part to make sure the device has a good transmission performance.
Do not wash the belt with solvent to prevent corrosion. If necessary, you can use a low concentration of detergent to wipe. Make sure you wash the glue box.
Avoid dry glue after work, so as not to interfere with the following work.
It is forbidden for non-professional personnel to open the distribution box and replace the cables in order to prevent electrical shock and damage to the parts.
