Packing Equipment Working Process
Egg Loading
The process begins by loading eggs onto the farm packer, which typically happens after eggs are washed and graded:
● Automatic Feeding: The eggs are gently transferred from conveyors that bring them from egg washing machines or egg grading machines.
● Egg Orientation: The eggs are automatically aligned on rllers or conveyors in rows to ensure proper orientation for egg packing.
Gentle Egg Transportation
Once the eggs are loaded, they move along a series of conveyors or rollers that transport them through the egg packing system. The eggs travel on a smooth, gentle conveyor that prevents them from rolling too fast or colliding, thus reducing the risk of cracks or damage.
Tray or Carton Loading
Once the eggs are in position, the egg packing equipment prepares the trays or cartons for flling:
● Tray Handling System: The farm packer either loads pre stacked trays or uses carton loaders to prepare the packaging material.
● Automatic Flling: Eggs are placed into the trays or cartons precisely, and gently, ensuring that they fit securely. The packer machine aligns the eggs carefully to avoid breakage.
Optional Stamping Printing
The egg printing machines can be equipped to print the packing date, expiration date, or brand logo directly on the eggshell.
Automated Stacking
Once the trays or cartons are flld with eggs, the packer machine automatically stacks them for easy handling and transport:
● Tray Stacking: The trays are stacked into neat piles for easy transportation.
● Carton Stacking: If using cartons, the egg packing equipment stacks them in an orderly way, ensuring they are ready for packing into larger containers or crates.
