The automatic stacker pushes the products output from the drying line to the stacking mechanism through the guide rails.

When the products pass the optical sensing switch, the system will perform real-time scanning and complete counting, and send a trigger signal to the stacking actuator at the same time.

After receiving the counting signal, the stacking actuator starts the preset programme to drive the stacking mechanism to perform the layered stacking operation.

The device ensures the synchronisation of product positioning and quantity counting through the real-time detection function of the optical sensing switch, while the stacking actuator coordinates the mechanical action according to the detection signal to achieve the orderly stacking of products.

The optical sensing switch utilises photoelectric technology to accurately identify the passage of each product, thus ensuring the accuracy of counting.

The stacking actuators include motors, drives and control systems that work in tandem to ensure the stability and efficiency of the stacking process.

The whole process consists of two parts, sensing detection and actuator control, forming a closed-loop operation to ensure automation and intelligence from the time the products enter the stacking area to the completion of the final stack.
