1. Raw material processing stage

Waste paper raw material is crushed by pulper and mixed with water to form primary slurry

Slurry is transported to the storage tank through pipeline, and fully stirred by mixer

2. Slurry blending stage

Homogeneous slurry is transported to the supply tank

Adjustment of slurry to the required concentration parameter in the supply tank

Up-to-standard slurry is pumped to the moulding machine to carry out moulding operation

3. Moulding and drying stage

Moulding machine outputs wet egg tray products

Products are dried by conveyor belt through drying hole to complete the process.

4. Finished product processing stage

The dried egg trays are output through the conveyor belt

The automatic tray collection system is used for sorting and packing
 

Drainage water from the forming machine is pumped by a vacuum pump to the return tank

The return tank supplies water to the crusher and the storage tank

The water is used to achieve the closed-circuit recycling of water for the production.
