Working Principle of 8-Side Egg Tray Machine
Firstly, raw materials such as waste paper are put into the pulper, while water is injected into the pulping storage tank. The pulp in the pulp storage tank is mixed evenly by the mixer and then transported to the pulp supply tank.
In the supply tank, the pulp is mixed to the appropriate consistency and then fed into the moulding machine (i.e. egg tray machine) for moulding.
After moulding, the egg trays are transported by conveyor belt to the dryer for drying. The dried egg trays are then received and packaged.
The system is also equipped with a water recycling device: a vacuum pump pumps the unused water from the moulding machine to a return tank, which then redirects the water to the pulper and the storage tank, thus recycling the water.
This design not only improves water utilisation, but also reflects the concept of environmentally friendly production.
