Egg tray production line process

1. Pulping system
After the waste paper is shredded and screened, chemical additives are added to make a homogeneous pulp for molding.

2. Molding system
The pulp is evenly attached to the mold through vacuum adsorption, and the wet blank is automatically transferred to the drying system after being formed.

3. Drying system

Working principle of mini pulping machine

The high-concentration hydraulic pulper uses three spiral rotors to break up waste paper in a high-temperature and high-concentration environment to maintain the original pulp characteristics.

The rotation of the rotor forms a strong vortex, which causes intense friction between waste paper to achieve fiber separation.
