AGICO Industrial Drying Oven - Product Introduction

The AGICO Industrial Drying Oven is a core component in pulp molding production, such as for egg trays and pulp packaging. It provides efficient and uniform drying.

Standard models offer a capacity of up to 2500 pieces per hour. Typical drying time is around 30 minutes. Operating temperature is consistently maintained at 160°C (±). The unit supports multiple fuel sources. These include coal, diesel, natural gas, LPG, and steam. This flexibility suits different regional energy supplies.

The oven body is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. It undergoes phosphating treatment and painting (custom shell colors are available). This ensures robust and corrosion-resistant construction. The insulation layer uses high-temperature resistant alumina silicate fiber cotton. It is combined with silicone rubber sealing strips. This provides excellent thermal insulation and sealing. The design minimizes heat loss.

 Forced Air Circulation & Thermal Efficiency
A forced hot air circulation system is built into the oven. It uses high-temperature resistant fan motors and centrifugal fan blades within an enhanced air duct design. This system significantly reduces temperature variation inside the chamber. It ensures full contact between hot air and materials. This prevents localized overheating or uneven drying.
