Egg Carton Making Machine

The egg carton making machine is the core equipment of the egg box production line. It adopts the hot pressing process to convert pulp into fiber suspension and evenly apply it on the mold surface, and then produce egg tray products of uniform specifications after pressing and molding.

First, the raw materials are put into the pulper, and water is added to stir to form a uniform fiber suspension.

Then the water pump transports the pulp to the water storage tank of the molding machine. Through the vacuum adsorption system, the pulp is evenly adsorbed on the surface of the molding mold, and the excess pulp is recycled to the storage tank for recycling.

Under the action of compressed air, the molding mold and the transfer mold are precisely matched to complete the pressing and molding of the egg box.

Finally, the molded egg carton is sent out by the transfer mold and enters the subsequent drying process.
