A new AGICO 2,000-piece/hour paper egg tray production line was recently shipped to Zambia via the Port of Dar es Salaam. This equipment not only efficiently produces standard egg trays but also flexibly manufactures a variety of pulp molded products, such as egg cartons, cups, and frisbees, by changing molds, fully meeting diverse customer needs.
In addition to the standard paper egg tray production line, the Zambian customer also expressed strong interest in the 12-compartment egg cartons and placed an additional order for two accompanying hot presses. These hot presses can be used in conjunction with the forming machine, enabling rapid conversion from egg trays to egg cartons with a simple mold change, significantly improving equipment utilization and production flexibility.
This 2,000-piece/hour egg tray machine from AGICO has been recognized internationally for its stable output performance and wide applicability. The entire line utilizes an automated design, from pulping, forming, drying, to hot pressing and shaping, ensuring efficient operation throughout the entire process, significantly reducing labor costs and energy consumption. Furthermore, the equipment uses recycled paper or pulp as raw material, which is environmentally friendly and biodegradable, meeting the requirements of a modern circular economy.
