2022 marked a milestone for AGICO's Nepali customer. On May 25th, the customer successfully received the carefully packaged ZMDT3*4-2000 egg tray production line from AGICO. This specialized line, equipped with a natural drying system, is poised to revolutionize the local egg packaging industry. Even more gratifying, thanks to the collaborative efforts of both parties, the equipment was successfully commissioned by the end of August of the same year, and the quality of the egg trays produced has been highly recognized in the local market.
To ensure the efficient progress of the project, the AGICO team conducted extensive preparatory work before the equipment was delivered. We provided the customer with detailed 3D and construction drawings in advance, and arranged for professional technicians to patiently explain the key points of the equipment layout via remote video conference. Thanks to thorough early communication, the customer completed civil construction, including the construction of infrastructure such as mud pits and water tanks, a month before the equipment arrived, facilitating rapid installation and commissioning.
During the equipment installation phase, the customer positioned the equipment strictly according to the provided layout diagrams, and professional electrical personnel completed the wiring connections. The AGICO technical team provided remote guidance throughout the entire process, meticulously confirming every step of the installation process. During the critical mold commissioning phase, our engineers provided real-time guidance via video call, guiding the customer through adjustments to the transfer mold and forming mold, ensuring that all molds were in optimal working condition. This hands-on instructional approach not only ensured installation quality but also enabled the customer team to quickly master the essentials of equipment operation.
The equipment commissioning phase also demonstrated AGICO's professional technical service capabilities. From mold fine-tuning to equipment status testing, from adjusting raw material ratios to optimizing operational procedures, our technical team provided systematic remote guidance, helping the customer gradually overcome each technical challenge. After multiple trial runs, the customer successfully produced standard egg trays, marking the completion of the entire production line ready for full production.
Of particular note, the egg tray and egg carton molds required for this production line were custom-made to the customer's specifications. The perfect coordination between the molds and the main equipment ensures both production efficiency and product quality.
