Paper pulp molding is the key process determining the quality of paper pulp products. In AGICO's fully automatic molding machines, uniform pulp is tightly adsorbed onto the mold surface via vacuum suction. After pressing and shaping, the items are demolded in a semi-dry state. The complete line operation mainly consists of four stages:

Pulp Preparation

Waste paper raw material is mixed with water and broken down in a pulper. After impurity removal and homogenization, qualified pulp slurry is formed.

Molding and Forming

The pulp slurry in the stock tank is continuously picked up by molds through dipping and vacuum adsorption, producing semi-wet paper pulp products.

Drying and Setting

Thorough dewatering is achieved via natural air drying or multi-layer metal drying systems. This enhances product hardness and wear resistance.

Finishing and Packaging

After hot pressing for final shaping, finished products are counted and packed using automated packaging equipment.

Taking an egg tray production line as an example, the main configuration includes: a paper pulping machine, an egg tray molding machine, a drying system, and counting/packaging machines. The same core equipment can also be used for manufacturing other paper pulp products.
