Recycled Waste Paper Pulp: Primarily used to produce medium to low-grade pulp products like egg trays, fruit trays, seedling trays, and shoe trays. These products don't require high pulp strength; the goal is to maximize the utility of the material.
Paper Mill Waste Clippings: This type of raw material is clean, contains few impurities, and has relatively good fiber quality. It is often processed into inner cushioning and packaging for industrial products, such as custom-shaped trays inside electronic product boxes. These provide stability, are environmentally friendly, and allow for a precision fit.
Pulp Making Process
Raw materials like old books, magazines, waste paper, and cardboard boxes are manually fed into a hydraulic pulper.
An appropriate amount of water is added, and the mixture is stirred to thoroughly break down the materials. During this process, the fibers gradually form a suspension, and impurities are filtered out.
The processed pulp is first stored in a pulp tank. Chemical additives are added as required by the process, and the pulp is further refined in a refiner.
The finished pulp stock is then sent to a mixing tank, ready for use by the pulp molding machine.

High Consistency Vertical Hydrapulper
AGICO high-consistency vertical hydraulic pulper is a core piece of equipment commonly used in waste paper pulping processes, primarily for the crushing and dissociation of waste paper. Under the combined action of hydraulic and mechanical forces, waste paper raw materials pass through a screen plate with appropriately sized apertures, generating a pulp with a stable concentration. The working concentration of this equipment is typically controlled between 10% and 15%.
High Concentrating Slag Remover
AGICO High Concentrating Slag Remover unit utilizes the principle of centrifugal separation to remove impurities from the pulp whose density differs from that of the fibers. Its upper part is made of stainless steel, and the lower part is a polyurethane structure. The inner wall of the cylinder is designed with a spiral cone to help improve separation efficiency.
Multi Disc Thickener
The multi-disc thickener is a device suitable for dewatering large quantities of recycled pulp suspensions, capable of concentrating the pulp to a concentration of 5%–9%. It utilizes the liquid level difference to create a vacuum in a closed system, dewatering the pulp while simultaneously concentrating and screening it to obtain a cleaner filtrate.
