Pulp Making Process

 

Raw materials like old books, magazines, waste paper, and cardboard boxes are manually fed into a hydraulic pulper.

 

An appropriate amount of water is added, and the mixture is stirred to thoroughly break down the materials. During this process, the fibers gradually form a suspension, and impurities are filtered out.

 

The processed pulp is first stored in a pulp tank. Chemical additives are added as required by the process, and the pulp is further refined in a refiner.

 

The finished pulp stock is then sent to a mixing tank, ready for use by the pulp molding machine.
