This process uses waste paper as its primary raw material, including recyclable materials such as old newspapers, cartons, and magazines. This choice of raw material is not only highly economical but also embodies environmental protection, effectively reducing environmental impact through resource recycling.
During the pulping process, the waste paper is first broken down into fibers using a hydraulic pulper, followed by multi-stage screening and refining. Pulp concentration can be flexibly adjusted and specific functional additives can be added to optimize pulp quality, paving the way for subsequent molding.
The molding process utilizes advanced vacuum adsorption molding technology. This technology, through precisely designed metal molds, evenly distributes the pulp fibers and forms the wet egg tray. This critical process directly determines product quality indicators such as dimensional accuracy and wall thickness uniformity, as well as the initial structural strength of the product.
The drying system utilizes a multi-heat source composite drying solution, allowing for selection of heat sources such as gas, diesel, steam, or thermal oil. Optimized drying parameters ensure mechanical strength while improving drying efficiency and effectively controlling energy consumption.
The finished product packaging process utilizes a human-machine collaborative model. After drying, the egg trays are manually sorted and then efficiently compressed and packaged by automated packaging equipment. This packaging method not only ensures product integrity but also significantly improves storage and transportation efficiency, making it particularly suitable for the sale of bulk commodities.
