How to Make Egg Crate?
The egg crate production process consists of five stages: pulping, forming, drying, hot pressing, and packaging. Each stage requires specific equipment.
Pulping Machine
This equipment is responsible for shredding waste paper into pulp, preparing the material for the subsequent forming process.
Paper Egg Crate Forming Machine
As the core equipment of the egg crate production line, this machine produces high-quality egg crates that meet customer requirements. By changing the mold, it can also produce various molded pulp products, such as fruit trays.
Drying Machine
Freshly formed egg crates have high moisture content and must be dried. AGICO mainly offers four drying methods: single-layer metal drying line, multi-layer metal drying line, civil construction drying line, and box-type drying line. Users can choose flexibly based on their specific needs.
